Planning & Organisation Coordinator

36 hours a week

Treatment method
Yes We Can Youth Clinics treats 13-25 year olds suffering from mental health issues, addictions and complex behavioural problems by means of an intensive 10 weeks residential treatment program and a bespoke aftercare package. Offering unconditional acceptance, love, warmth, safety and confrontation at the right time are pivotal criteria in success, as is working with multidisciplinary teams (psychiatrists, psychologists, experts by experience, youth coaches, support staff).

 Job purpose

The Planning & Organisation Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and improving Yes We Can’s outstanding reputation in the world as the number one provider of mental health services to a target audience in the age range 13 to 25. The objective of this role is to assure all inquiries and bookings to be handled with the best of care and families to experience the services of Yes We Can as exceptional or beyond. You are responsible for a wide variety of planning & organisation tasks at the International Head Quarters in Oirschot.

Position within the company

The Planning & Organisation Coordinator reports directly to the Family Services Director, supporting the entire team at Head Quarters, liaising regularly with the Clinical staff in Hilvarenbeek.


  1. Hospitality
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Provide families and fellows a warm welcome
  • Organise catering for families attending intakes and family programs
  • Organise travel arrangements for families/fellows attending the programme

    2. Planning 

  • Intakes & admissions
  • Arrivals & departures
  • Secretarial support colleagues
  • Be a “spider in the web" making all help accessible, removing all barriers and obstacles for colleagues to offer optimum care

     3. Coordination

  • Documentation needed for admission
  • Invoicing
  • Correspondence with parents/caretakers
  • Administrative & financial tasks
  • Support families with insurance claims
  • Reporting

 Job requirements

  • Understanding cultural diversity
  • Experience with international clientele
  • Problem solving and hands-on approach
  • High organisational skills
  • Excellent knowledge and control of MS Office, preferably also CRM (SalesForce).
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • MBO+
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Fluent in English, preferably also a few other foreign languages
  • An outgoing personality
  • Team player in the truest sense
  • A self-starting Can Do attitude
